From the load board to the POD.
How you get set up as a dispatcher, and what DrayGo does for you on every container.
Four steps to your first live truck.
Dispatchers work inside a carrier's DrayGo account, so the carrier signs up first.
- 1
Your carrier signs up
The carrier creates a free DrayGo account with its MC/DOT number.
- 2
You're added as a dispatcher
The carrier adds you from the dashboard. You sign in with your own login.
- 3
Pick up the work
Find loads on the live board and filter them to your lanes and equipment.
- 4
Watch it run
Follow each truck live, with stop events, detention and the POD on the job.
What happens, step by step.
- 1
The load is posted
A shipper or broker posts a container job on DrayGo. It shows up on the live load board with lane, container type, weight and pickup date.
- 2
Your carrier takes it
The load is booked to your carrier and a driver from the fleet runs it with the DrayGo app.
- 3
The truck is tracked
The driver's app shares location while on the job. You see the truck on the map with its ETA to the next stop.
- 4
Stops log themselves
Geofences at pickup, delivery and empty return record arrival and departure. The detention clock starts on arrival.
- 5
Paperwork lands on the job
The driver uploads the POD, seal photos and gate tickets. Every status change is time-stamped on the job timeline.

Drivers drive. The app checks in.
Drivers see their jobs in the DrayGo app, share their location while they haul, and upload the POD from the dock. No calls to dispatch to say they've arrived.
- Job details on the phone
- Location shared only while on a job
- POD and photos uploaded straight to the job
